over the weekend, my niece came over to stay.. yay! haha. it was nice having a baby around.. the baby talk, the cries, the going awww-moments because of her cuteness, the cuddling, etc.. both days were really tiring.. on sat i had to go out twice to get baby stuffs, pampers etc., all due to the constant irritation by my brother to accompany him to get the stuff..and the pampers, goodness, everywhere we went, that particular brand was sold out. rarrr.

my bro also insisted that i stayed awake through the night if the baby was to wake up.. i don't know why he tried to annoy me more than my sister. AARRGH. and cos of that i actually watched the match btwn tottenham hotspur vs man united. unbelievable.

tdy, it was geylang shopping time. i dont know why but i always do last minute shopping for hari raya stuff.. one is because of the human traffic, which i really dislike.. and two, cos, i just don't feel like going or getting anything too, but my sis insisted...

we went aroun getting the necessary stuff, and i finally finally bought a baju kurung, which is light purple/purple-pinkish/whatever the colour is.. so i guess this yr my family's gonna go purply-shades? it cost me 69bucks. aigoo, gd thing its once a year. oh, and one more tailormade baju kurung which is brown in colour or sth (last min then i realise).. i prefer baju kurung more than baju kebaya, its more simple, and demure.. and OH OH i must cut down on food for de next week, so that i can actually eat on hari raya itself..-_-"
